For almost two decades, I have provided SME and large corporate organisations with the strategic, operational and sales leadership skills required to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.

My value lies in equal strengths in strategy and execution. Throughout my career as a CEO and executive sales leader, I have consistently delivered on mandates centred on creating new operating models and go-to-market strategies that reinvigorate brands and deliver growth agendas. With a blend of experience across sales and operations, including leading both turnarounds and rapid growth through organic and inorganic means, I look at the bigger picture in achieving strategic goals. I identify the connections between operational levers and revenue results, seeking out where and how to create value. From here, I define a vision, set expectations and build organisational capability, working in partnership with the business to establish new ways of working that deliver long-term success. Most recently, for example, I have rebuilt the profile of the Harcourts International brand in NSW, delivering record sales performance in NSW for FY2018.

On a personal level, I seek to lead with energy, passion and authenticity. I put the needs of the business, and its people, before my own. Equally, I believe that a great culture is the key to driving results in complex and shifting markets. Demonstrated in all of my roles, I have focused on building working cultures underpinned by recognition, support and growth opportunities in order to retain talent and maximise business potential.
